State Farm Agency | Tempe, AZ | Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions

What You'll Do

This is an active sales position where you'll develop opportunities, follow up consistently, recommend solutions, and close business.

• Develop provided leads and create new opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, follow-up, networking, and agency marketing
• Talk with prospects and customers to identify insurance and financial services needs
• Uncover risks, coverage gaps, and financial priorities
• Schedule appointments, present solutions, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale
• Market appropriate State Farm Insurance and Financial Services products based on customer needs and goals
• Build relationships that generate additional business and referrals
• Follow a structured sales process and maintain consistent prospecting and follow-up
• Work toward individual and agency goals and take ownership of your results

Licensing & Experience

An Arizona Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license will be required. Candidates who aren't currently licensed may apply if they're willing and able to complete the licensing process.

Previous sales or insurance experience is valuable, but potential, work ethic, and coachability matter too. What matters most is your willingness to learn, sell, serve customers, and be accountable for results.
