Strategy Analyst

Supporting Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis and performance monitoring, the full-time remote Strategy Analyst V will drive operational excellence, compliance readiness, and program effectiveness while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve risk capture accuracy and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities: Conducts complex analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making Manages and executes projects to enhance operational processes and improve Return on Investment (ROI) across initiatives Fosters strategic partnerships and communicates effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on business priorities and strategies Required qualifications: Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, consulting, or strategy development Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scope projects, or ten (10) years of related experience Experience in a large matrixed organization is preferred
