About The Role We're seeking expressions of interest to join San Churro as a Cafe Store Manager at our Sanchurros Eaton WA. With a passion for creating sweet moments for our customers, you’ll be responsible for: Leading and coaching your team to deliver the ‘sweetest’ experience Managing store sales budgets and COGS Managing rosters and labour in line with targets set Managing customer complaints Ensuring products are created to the highest standard Ensuring WHS is always adhered to and managed appropriately Maintaining cafe presentation and cleanliness Engaging in local area marketing initiatives Managing purchasing, pricing and stock control Planning and organising special functions and events Recruiting, training and supervising staff Monitoring customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Qualifications 1 Year Experience as a Cafe manager Experience in managing team members performance and giving feedback and recruiting as needed Proven experience managing budgets/COGS Strong understanding of rostering effectively and managing labour costs Advanced interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills Ability to work at a fast pace, autonomously and problem solve quickly Additional Details Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year Application Question(s): What is your annual base salary expectations?
