How you'll contribute A Float Pool RN who excels in this role: * Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care. * Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support). * Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families. * Displays initiative and flexibility to float throughout the building to support departments and staff. What we're looking for Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
