Geotechnical Project Manager /Young PE

Geotechnical Project Manager (Round Rock, TX) Beyond Engineering and Testing, LLC (Beyond) is an accredited and licensed Texas and New Mexico engineering firm that provides geotechnical and construction material engineering services, with offices located in Texas (Round Rock, Carrollton and Midland), and in New Mexico (Carlsbad). Beyond is currently seeking a full-time Geotechnical Project Manager to join our team in Round Rock, Texas office. Education/Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Pavement Engineering preferred. Minimum 3-5 years’ geotechnical or pavement engineering related experience preferred. Geotechnical experience in municipal and transportation projects in Texas preferred. Texas Professional Engineer (PE) registration or ability to obtain a PE license within 6 months of employment. Good verbal and written communication skills. Complete understanding of field and laboratory testing. Familiarity with local construction standards and requirements. Ability to lead and be part of a project team. Project management and marketing skills are desired. 20% of travel to project sites and Beyond offices.
