Senior Robotic Sales Specialist (So. Florida)
Medtronic Spinal & Biologics
Medtronic seeks an experienced sales specialist in the Fort Lauderdale area to drive market growth in surgical stapling technologies and robotic-assisted procedures. The role combines technical expertise, surgeon training, and strategic account management while requiring 50%+ regional travel with a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Serve as district expert on stapling technologies including Signia, Specialty Reloads, and Circular EEA products
- Lead introduction and execution of robotic hybrid bedside procedures across district territory
- Develop and execute market development programs including therapy awareness and RAS adoption initiatives
- Maintain weekly presence in robotic procedures to build expertise and strengthen surgeon relationships
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas while improving margin growth and conversion ratios
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 8+ years medical device sales, or Associate's degree plus 6+ years, or Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel over 50% within assigned territory
- Medical device or surgical sales background with demonstrated quota achievement
- Knowledge of clinical environments and ability to communicate complex product information
- Experience building and managing relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
