About Us The Denver Office of the Clerk & Recorder has a critical vacancy for an Associate IT Systems Analyst to be responsible for the Election Division's Sequoia Voting System, project management around technology issues, and serve as the technology team lead. The Denver Office of the Clerk & Recorder has a critical vacancy for an Associate IT Systems Analyst to be responsible for the Election Division's Sequoia Voting System, project management around technology issues, and serve as the technology team lead. About Our Job Responsible for all scanning equipment including installation, programming, and testing. Manage the Sequoia tabulation software (e.g., accuracy testing, updates, patches, security software, etc.). Act as subject matter expert for all Office of the Clerk and Recorder software and business processes. Train Clerk and Recorder personnel on usage of any new software and modifications in processes as a result of software or hardware changes. Support users on the how to's of all software products in use within the Office of the Clerk and Recorder. Act as a liaison to the Secretary of States' office in all matters concerning technology. Review any Federal and State of Colorado mandates that may require a technology or process modification and make recommendations to the Clerk and Recorder and any other mangement staff. Coordinate all Technology Services requests to include requests such as the creation of user profiles, email boxes, modifications on the Office of the Clerk and Recorder shared drive or the addition of any software to any pc and approved service level agreements. About You Requires a Baccalaureate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics or a related technical discipline and two years of professional level experience working on integrated technology software system development and/or production support team which must include one year of experience working directly with elections software and systems. A combination of the appropriate type and level of education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education and experience requirements.
