From caring for high-acuity trauma and emergency patients to participating in process improvement and professional development opportunities, you'll be part of a close-knit team that works together to make a difference for our patients and our community both inside and outside the hospital.How you'll contributeA Paramedic who excels in this role:Responds to calls for emergency medical services and provides patient care as directed and/or determined necessary.Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection.Monitors and communicates changes in patient condition.Documents patient care given.Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting.Maintains examination areas.Performs administrative or clerical duties as assigned, including filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.Exhibits exceptional customer service with patients and teammates.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Licenses: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-P)Education: Associate degree Preferred; Graduate of a Program in Discipline; validated by current state licensure.Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience.
