They are a full-service firm that has development, construction, property management, and an investment arm, all under one roof. The appeal of working for a company like this would be joining the owner side. You will manage the GC or the tenant's GC when it comes to the retail portion of their portfolio. Whether street level, or tenant offices, these retail projects are run by an owner-side Project Manager, and they are looking for a new one!-Your new role-As a Project Manager with this development firm, you will be tasked with managing and overseeing the ongoing retail construction across the tri-state portfolio. You will be supported by the Senior Project Manager and will work together to tackle anything that comes up! They are definitely not looking for just a paper-pusher or someone to take orders.
