Shift: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts, Occasional overtime on Fridays

Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:
Moving, loading, and unloading raw steel beams, angle iron, or finished parts.
Operating or assisting with overhead cranes and forklifts to move heavy bundles.
Prepping and painting structural steel components.
Utilize sprayers to apply uniform layers of primer and topcoats.
Load the coated steel pieces into industrial drying ovens or move them to designated curing racks.
Flush spray guns, hoses, and paint pots with appropriate solvents at the end of the shift or during color changes to prevent internal clogging.
Properly log and dispose of hazardous chemical waste, rags, and empty paint cans according to OSHA and Indiana environmental regulations.

This Job Requires:
Experience operating industrial paint sprayers highly preferred. - Metal finisher - Coater - Coating Specialist
Overhead crane experience preferred.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective interpersonal communication.
Team-oriented and dependable.
Can lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable standing or moving for the full shift.
Punctual and ready to work.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong attention to detail, precision, and adherence to quality control standards.

Job Environment
Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Frequent interaction with team members and supervisors.
Requires physical movement including standing, walking, lifting, and material handling.
