Building meaningful relationships with residents while providing compassionate, person-centered care. Encouraging residents to remain active, engaged, and socially connected. Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive well-being. Working collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care. Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where residents feel at home. Supporting each resident with dignity, respect, and compassion. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED No certification or license required At least 6 months of experience as a Caregiver, Resident Assistant, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, DSP, or in a similar direct care role Memory Care experience is a plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care Why Arbor?
