Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Injection Molding Location: Rochester, NY Employment: Direct Placement Industry: Manufacturing Compensation: $20.66 - $38.33/hr (based on experience) + $3.00/hr shift differential Schedule: 3rd Shift – Monday night through Saturday morning, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Must be available to train on 1st shift – M-F 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM for 4‑6 weeks. What You’ll Do Perform maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems and robots. Conduct preventive maintenance on assigned machinery and facility equipment. Perform repairs efficiently and in a timely manner. Adhere to all safety rules and consistently wear proper PPE. Maintain regular attendance during scheduled work hours. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of experience troubleshooting electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. Mechanical ability and skill set. Self‑motivated with own tools. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to recognize and recommend improvements to machine or cell layouts. Trade school, apprenticeship, or technical associate degree. Strong teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills. Valid driver's license. Additional Requirements Subject to a background check upon offer of employment. Work in a manufacturing environment that includes climbing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, heavy lifting, and high noise levels.
