Join Allied Universal as an unarmed residential patrol officer in a driving post, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents with exceptional customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will use teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach to deliver reliable service while responding to concerns and completing routine patrol activities throughout the location. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Saturday: 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM Sunday: 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by following site-specific procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting them through proper channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, observe visitor activity, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior to property management or designated contacts. Support a professional residential environment by communicating clearly with residents and staff, assisting with routine security-related inquiries, and following Allied Universal post orders. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
