Retail Sales Associate – New Hope, PA Avigail Adam LLC is looking for an experienced Retail Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to customers in our New Hope (PA) location (16 W Bridge St., New Hope, PA). Competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour and monthly bonus based on store sales. Opportunities for growth, paid time off and a 50% employee discount. Responsibilities Engage guests as they enter the store and demonstrate our products in their hair; highlighting the various hair styles that they can achieve simply with our jewelry items. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming shopping environment. Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing appearance. Qualifications Previous retail experience, preferably in hair related products. Highly motivated, energetic, empathetic. Loves interacting with people and creating connections. Strong at sales without being pushy.
