Physical Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.Active Kansas state license is required to start the position.BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred. Candidates with recent graduate status or limited experience will be considered.Experience or comfort working with a predominantly orthopedic caseload and occasional neuro cases.Familiarity with EMR systems. Experience with Prompt EMR is preferred.Ability to work a daytime schedule. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Flex options such as 4x10 are available.Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 10–12 patients per day.Willingness to participate in mentorship and training programs. Relocation candidates are welcome and may be eligible for a relocation bonus.

Clinic is primarily orthopedic (approximately 95%) with occasional neuro cases (approximately 5%).Team: Collaborative small team including 2 PTAs and 1 PT, providing a supportive work environment.Workload: Manageable caseload with flexible scheduling options.EMR: Prompt.Candidate profile: Outgoing personality fits the friendly, laid-back atmosphere of a small Midwest town.
