Learning Lead - PIT Trainer

Provide hands‑on PIT equipment instruction to ensure each team member is trained and able to operate equipment safely Verify ongoing compliance with certification requirements Develop training materials, job aids, and learning tools Partner with the Learning Manager to identify performance gaps, recommend training interventions, and support process‑change rollouts Maintain training records, track learning activities, and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company and OSHA standards Requirements 1–2 years of fulfillment center experience preferred, with familiarity across multiple roles or departments 3+ years of experience operating PIT equipment and the ability to train team members safely Knowledge of computer systems (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) High school diploma or equivalent Hard Skills PIT equipment operation training material development compliance verification performance gap analysis process change rollout Soft Skills team training communication collaboration organizational skills Certifications & Qualifications OSHA compliance certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
