Now Hiring: General Labor / Production Associate

Inova Staffing is currently seeking a detail-oriented General Labor / Production Associate to join a growing production team. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being part of a team-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret assembly instructions
• Assemble components accurately and efficiently to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with team members to support production needs
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Participate in training and assist with other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools
• Reliable, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
