Forensic Peer Counselor: Behavioral Health Outreach

The DC Government is seeking a Forensic Peer Counselor to deliver community-based behavioral health services to individuals in the criminal justice system in Washington, D.C. This grant-funded position requires expertise in mental health and substance use, especially opioid and stimulant use disorders. Key responsibilities include supporting individuals through peer recovery initiatives and acting as a liaison between the Department of Behavioral Health and the D.C. Superior Court.
