You own the end-to-end design process — from research to testing and handoff — working closely with Product, SDT, and users to ensure what’s designed works effectively in reality. What You Will Own – Your Responsibilities : Requirement analysis — Collaborating with Product Managers to understand user needs and define use cases Wireframing — Creating structured layouts to define flow and interaction UI design — Building high-fidelity designs aligned with WWS standards Prototyping — Developing interactive prototypes for validation Usability testing — Conducting user testing and refining designs based on feedback Handoff to SDT — Delivering clear, complete design documentation for development Non-Negotiable Metric : The Fight: What You will Fight: Confusing and untested design. The enemy is: Interfaces users struggle to understand Designs created without validation Poor handoffs leading to incorrect implementation On the WIT team: A design is not done until users can use it effortlessly.
