Requirements Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience required Experience with billing, Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), bookkeeping, or related accounting functions Previous oil and gas or professional services experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with Sage accounting software required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision Job Duties Record financial and numerical data to maintain accurate accounting records Ensure financial information is entered accurately and completely Prepare and enter journal entries Generate accounting reports for cash receipts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and profit and loss statements Reconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies Identify and report differences or issues within financial records Maintain accurate financial documentation and records Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned Benefits Strong Pay .
