Danbury, CT -  $19–$20/hr (DOE) - 7:30 AM–5 PM + OT  -  Direct Hire

???? What You’ll Do

• Operate molding machines and presses in a clean, organized production environment

• Inspect, tag, and package finished parts with precision and pride

• Follow safety procedures and company standards to keep things running smoothly

• Partner with the team to support quality control and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of machine operation experience (or a strong desire to learn!)

• Basic math and measurement skills

• A reliable, detail-oriented mindset and ability to lift light materials

• A great attitude — and a passion for learning and growing

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
