Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse - $2,070 per week

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Greenville, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in a healthcare facility. This position involves providing comprehensive telemetry nursing care, including patient monitoring and medication administration, with a focus on adult and geriatric patients. The RN will work night shifts with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1. Job Details: Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Valid RN licensure with a minimum of 2 years of experience, BLS certification, ACLS and NIHSS certifications preferred, must pass Dysrhythmia and Basic Math assessments during onboarding, must have travel experience, and be able to work within an 80-mile radius of the facility. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC electronic health record system, tele interpretation skills, and previous experience in emergency department or holding unit settings. Responsibilities include patient monitoring using common equipment such as Alaris IV pumps, bladder scanners, and glucometers, and managing adult and geriatric patients with top medications including IVF, metoprolol, hydralazine, atorvastatin, enoxaparin, heparin, lasix, insulin, potassium chloride, and oxycodone. Additional Information: The nurse will work in a 25-bed adult/geriatric telemetry unit with a focus on maintaining patient safety and clinical quality standards. Scrubs must be black or white.
