Facade Foreman

As a Facade Foreman, you will serve as the on‑site leader responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of exterior building envelope systems on commercial construction projects. This role requires a hands‑on field leader who can effectively manage crews, coordinate daily operations, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. The ideal candidate has strong experience with facade systems and a proven ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews performing facade installation, restoration, and exterior envelope work Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure production goals, quality standards, and project schedules are met Oversee installation of facade systems including curtain wall, storefront, metal panels, cladding, rainscreen systems, architectural panels, glazing systems, EIFS, masonry veneer, and related exterior assemblies Review project plans, specifications, shop drawings, and installation details with field personnel Ensure all work complies with project specifications, manufacturer requirements, building codes, and safety regulations Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and project schedules Monitor workmanship and perform quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and installation challenges in collaboration with project management teams Maintain accurate daily reports, production tracking, and documentation of job site activities Communicate project progress, manpower needs, schedule updates, and potential delays to Project Managers and Superintendents Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience as a Facade Foreman, Exterior Envelope Foreman, Glazing Foreman, or related leadership role Strong experience with commercial facade systems including curtain wall, storefront, metal panels, glazing systems, cladding, EIFS, rainscreen assemblies, architectural metals, or building envelope construction Proven ability to lead field crews and manage day‑to‑day construction operations Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and installation details Strong understanding of building envelope systems, waterproofing principles, and exterior construction methods Knowledge of OSHA regulations, fall protection requirements, and job site safety practices Experience coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions OSHA 30 certification preferred Valid driver's license required What's Offered Competitive base salary with bonus potential Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Paid time off and company holidays 401(k) with company contribution Long‑term career growth opportunities with a well‑established contractor Opportunity to work on high‑profile commercial construction projects Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
