Risk and Safety Manager

Overseeing clinical risk management and patient safety across surgery centers, the full-time Risk and Safety Manager will develop and implement safety strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with clinical leadership to promote a culture of safety and high-quality care in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Lead patient safety and risk management programs for surgical operations Identify, investigate, and mitigate safety risks, adverse events, and near misses Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and organizational policies Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Health and Safety, or related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, including behavioral health risk management or a related field required Knowledge of healthcare risk management principles and regulatory requirements related to patient safety Strong investigative skills, including incident analysis and witness interviewing techniques Ability to manage critical situations professionally and effectively
