About Us!
Beatbox is a purpose-built belonging space for music and its fans. We are music-lovers first and are creating the place for this community that we always wished existed: a space outside of the concert hall or music festival where people can come together (in-person!) to engage with the music they love in a totally new, play-based way.
We’ve built a proprietary, karaoke-inspired and AI-powered game that scores you based on how well you hit the notes or know the lyrics to your favorite songs. We’ve also added auto-tune and voice modulation effects so it’s fun for the musically inclined and the totally tone deaf.
The experience is designed to be played together, getting us off of our couches and together IRL. Think TopGolf for Karaoke. Beatbox venues feature food and beverage from best-in-class local restaurants, making for a premium hospitality offering fit for birthday parties, corporate events and group hangs.
What We're Looking For:- Experience: Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, serving both individual and large format cocktails.
- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Creativity: A passion for crafting innovative and delicious drinks.
- Personality: Energetic, friendly, and able to create a positive and engaging experience for our guests.
- Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively with other staff members.
- Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new drink menus and promotions.
