Senior Web Experience Manager

Leading the Web Experience team, the full-time Senior Manager, Web Experience will define and execute content strategy and web page optimization for ServiceNow.com, overseeing a team focused on delivering high-impact digital experiences in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Define the content strategy and web page experience approach, ensuring alignment with marketing and customer journey objectives Establish frameworks for measuring web page performance and guide the team in executing testing strategies for continuous improvement Lead and develop a team of Web Experience Managers, providing coaching on digital marketing best practices and performance management Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or web experience management, including 3+ years in a leadership role Proven track record of executing web content strategies that drive measurable marketing outcomes Deep expertise in web optimization and conversion rate optimization methodologies Strong understanding of content strategy and customer journey mapping Experience with web content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites)
