Work Schedule Full-time, 100% FTE 40 hours per week Mondays- Fridays/ 9:30am- 6:00pm No Telework/On-site Department Description The Sexual Health Clinic is a Public Health-Seattle & King County service that provides confidential STD and HIV evaluation, screening, testing and treatment on a sliding-fee scale. The clinic can be accessed on a walk-in basis. If you need to be seen later than 3:30 p.m., please call our clinic to make sure we are still accepting patients for the day or contact the King County clinic website. Primary Job Responsibilities Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery Other duties as requested Requirements High school graduation or equivalent AND One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR An equivalent combination of education/experience Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration About Harborview Medical Center As the region's only Level I Trauma and verified burn center, Harborview Medical Center is a comprehensive healthcare facility owned by King County and operated by UW Medicine.
