Create deep relationships within your team and beyond.Make an impact on sales revenue by Co-pilot sales opportunities along with your Account Executives.Seek to understand customer’s short term and long term digital objectives, their current and future technology stack and current challenges reaching their goals leveraging their existing technology stack.Validate and illustrate how Contentful can help the customer with their digital transformation efforts through customized value based product demonstrations and proofs of concept.Assist with the completion of RFIs, RFPs, and Security questionnaires and liaison with other departments to drive finalization.In the customers words, relay product feedback to Product Management, Marketing and Sales. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers to ensure that newly-signed customers successfully implement and launch their projects with ContentfulUnderstand prospects’ project requirements, help prospects validate these requirements against our platform, identify and mitigate technical and business risksTravel onsite with customers when necessary. Work on exciting internal projects that impact how the Solution Engineering team works and grows.Expect strong leadership and a safe environment to be you and grow your career.What You Need To Be Successful?Required:5+ years experience of Solution Engineering experience selling SaaS or related industry experience selling to Marketing & Marketing-adjacent teamsDemonstrated proficiency in conveying technical and business knowledge to a mixed audience of business and technical stakeholdersExperience with Rest APIsNice to Haves:Experience working with a Content Management Platform or similar technology. The typical base salary range for this position is $134,750-$180,250 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $148,190-$198,170 annually.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
