Structural Steel WelderLocation: Hatfield, PAPay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-FridayJob Responsibilities for Structural Steel WelderPerform MIG welding on structural steel components according to specifications and blueprints.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.Fit, position, and align parts prior to welding.Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and adherence to standards.Operate hand tools, grinders, and other fabrication equipment.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.Structural Steel Welder QualificationsPrevious structural welding experience required.Proficient in MIG welding; certification is a plus.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.Ability to use measuring tools and perform basic shop math.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.PeopleShare provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, color, age, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic disposition, neurodiversity, disability, veteran status, or any other protected category or class under federal, state, and/or local laws.
