Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one virtual therapy sessions using video conferencing tools, ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment for clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on various topics, adapting materials and discussions to meet the specific needs of participants.

• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapy methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to enhance patient outcomes.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that accurately assess emotional and mental health needs, set achievable goals, and track progress.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary and providing timely feedback to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions, and medication management. You will provide support for clients navigating complex emotional landscapes and assist them in developing coping strategies to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.
