We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Assurance Senior Associate to join the team in our Los Angeles office. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in‑office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office together in person on average 3 days a week.

This position will support our Technology Group that falls within our CHAMP Group. YOUR ROLE

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop detailed engagement work plans, illustrating budgets and schedules. Develop a thorough understanding of all audit, tax and consulting services provided by the firm, and actively participate in proposals. In managing a team of staff associates, including interns, provide regular performance coaching and feedback, while developing individual technical and industry skills. Gain the respect and confidence of the CohnReznick team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will have: 3+ years’ experience in a reputable public accounting firm. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting. CPA or eligibility to sit for the exam. Technology or Commercial industry experience a plus. Knowledge of audit software CCH Engagement or other software a plus. Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills. COMPENSATION

In California, the salary range for Assurance Senior Associates is $80,000 - $120,000. Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidate’s geographical location, qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus; generous paid time off; expanded and inclusive parental benefits; and access to best-in-class learning and development platforms.
