Provide instruction in the areas of work ethic and life skills which will lead to employment in the Firefighter and EMT career field. Affiliation and involvement in the SkillsUSA youth organization and competitions. Coordinate work related/educational activities outside the school facility. Organizational, classroom management, lesson plan development, and lesson plan implementation skills are essential for success in this position. Ability to work effectively with youth in an educational setting.Salary: Placement on the teachers' salary schedule will be based on education, work and teaching experience. The minimum starting salary will exceed $56,800 and is based on experience in the Firefighter and EMT field.
