Overview The Media Planning Supervisor will focus on servicing clients in the creation, execution, and monitoring of media plans to secure the best investment options in a variety of mediums and maximize clients’ reach to targeted consumers. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful decision‑maker and team player who loves data and has proven ability to assist with strategic planning initiatives including deck writing, budget and channel allocation, and audience development. This energetic, collaborative team partners with an analytics‑driven client to provide guidance as they grow and evolve their brand. Responsibilities Manage planning initiatives and collaborate with various teams to execute plans across multiple channels including digital, TV, audio, social, programmatic, and more. Own tactical plan development, recommendation building, and negotiations across respective channels. Collaborate and foster relationships with key partners including clients, internal teams, and leadership. Lead strategic planning initiatives including deck writing, budget and channel allocation, and audience development. Analyze data to inform purchase and channel allocation. Develop guidelines and budget allocations. Oversee day‑to‑day campaign execution and ensure campaigns deliver on KPIs. Support development of strategic approach and experience design by delivering channel ideas and linking historical performance to in‑market opportunities. Manage and develop Associates and Senior Associates. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably with a concentration in marketing, advertising, communications, business, sociology, or consumer insights. 3+ years of experience in media planning across media channels. Strong digital media experience preferred. Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual comfortable working independently and in a team setting. Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills. Detail‑oriented with ability to multi‑task and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience working within media systems/platforms (Kantar, MOAT, Prisma, ComScore, etc.). The benefits offerings listed are available to U.S. based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents. Compensation Range: $81,225 - 116,655 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant and the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
