This role requires experience in handling psychiatric conditions and crisis intervention. The nurse will provide care to adults experiencing acute mental health crises. Focus will be on stabilization and safety of patients. Candidates should possess skills in managing various psychiatric disorders. Weekend work is required every other weekend. This unit operates 24/7, and the nurse will be part of a team providing round-the-clock care. Certification in CPI is preferred along with BLS. Experience working with antipsychotic medications and behavior management techniques is essential. Candidates must be willing to float to different units when necessary. This position offers an opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team to support patient needs.
