Hybrid Barista/Bartender

Position: Hybrid Barista / Bartender

Bark is seeking hospitality professionals interested in working across both our café and wine bar programs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy coffee, cocktails, wine, and guest interaction, and who are excited by the opportunity to develop skills across multiple hospitality disciplines.

Responsibilities include preparing espresso-based beverages, dialing in espresso, executing latte art, preparing wine-based cocktails and other beverages, assisting guests, operating POS systems, maintaining beverage quality standards, and supporting daily café and bar operations.

This role is designed for adaptable hospitality professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working across multiple service styles. Experience in either coffee or bartending is preferred; training and development will be provided for candidates interested in expanding their skill set.

Ideal Candidates

• Previous barista, bartender, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong interest in coffee, wine, cocktails, and beverage culture
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Experience with espresso preparation, bartending, or both is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented
