Bilingual Customer Service Representatives — English & Spanish | Fully Remote | MedBlue MedBlue, an affordable healthcare membership company based in Miami, is hiring several dependable, friendly, and resourceful Customer Service Representatives. You will support our members, health insurance agents and brokers, and healthcare providers. Your work will include answering calls and messages, scheduling appointments, explaining membership benefits, helping customers use our web app, and following through until questions and problems are resolved. We are looking for people who communicate exceptionally well in both English and Spanish and take pride in providing excellent service. Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM is preferred. Available shifts 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Eastern Time 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time Schedules follow Miami local time, including daylight saving time changes. Please indicate your preferred shift and whether you are available for either option. Dedicated availability is required Your scheduled working time must be dedicated exclusively to MedBlue. You cannot simultaneously work for another employer, handle other freelance clients, attend classes, or manage commitments that interfere with your assigned shift. You will use our Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system, which routes incoming calls to representatives. You must be logged in, ready to answer calls, and actively supporting customers throughout your scheduled working time, except during approved breaks or other authorized tasks. This position requires consistent attendance, prompt responses, and your full attention. Your responsibilities Member support Answer incoming calls and respond professionally to texts, emails, and customer inquiries. Explain membership benefits, pricing, services, and what each plan includes and does not include. Clearly explain that MedBlue is a healthcare membership, not health insurance. Help members find participating doctors based on location, specialty, and membership. Contact medical offices to coordinate appointments and confirm provider availability and participation. Guide members through accessing virtual care and other membership services. Assist with enrollment, account updates, and membership questions. Follow up on appointment requests and unresolved issues. Agent and broker support Help health insurance agents and brokers register to sell MedBlue memberships. Explain membership benefits, pricing, and enrollment procedures using approved company information. Guide agents through our web app and enrollment tools. Help resolve registration, login, and enrollment issues. Route specialized questions to the appropriate team member. Answer questions from doctors’ offices and other participating providers. Help providers access the provider portal, verify member eligibility, and review or update practice information. Assist with appointment coordination and questions about participating services. Explain that members pay providers directly and that MedBlue does not process insurance claims. Route contracting questions and other specialized requests appropriately. Technology and follow-through Walk customers through registration, login, navigation, and common tasks in the MedBlue web app. Troubleshoot basic issues and elevate technical problems when necessary. Maintain accurate records of conversations, requests, and follow-up actions in our customer management system. Handle customer information carefully and follow company privacy procedures. Coordinate with teammates to ensure requests receive timely attention. Required qualifications Native-level English proficiency, with clear, easily understood speech and excellent grammar, spelling, and writing. Equally strong spoken and written Spanish. Ability to conduct complete customer conversations confidently in either language. A warm, patient, professional phone manner. Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Confidence using computers, web applications, messaging tools, and multiple systems. Ability to explain information simply and guide customers step by step. Good judgment about when to verify information or elevate an issue. Reliable attendance and exclusive availability during your assigned shift. Education completed primarily in English is preferred. All applicants must demonstrate excellent spoken and written communication in both languages. Preferred experience GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM experience, particularly managing contacts, handling calls and text messages, documenting conversations, and tracking follow‑up tasks. Customer service, call center, medical office, appointment scheduling, healthcare navigation, insurance support, or technical support experience. Familiarity with ACD phone systems.
