International Legal receptionist/Legal assistant We are seeking a highly organized and professional Bilingual (Spanish/English) Legal Receptionist / Legal Assistant to support a U.S.-based law firm. This role combines front-facing client interaction with administrative and legal support responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for clients while also assisting the legal team with day-to-day case management tasks. Location: Remote (International candidates encouraged to apply) Key Responsibilities: Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in both Spanish and English Serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars Perform client intake and gather necessary documentation Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence Maintain and update case files and client records Assist attorneys and legal staff with administrative and case-related tasks Follow up with clients regarding case status and required information Qualifications: Fluent in both Spanish and English (required) Previous experience as a legal receptionist, legal assistant, or in a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or case management software Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Preferred (Not Required): Experience working with U.S.-based law firms Familiarity with personal injury or civil litigation processes What We Offer: Fully remote position Opportunity to work with a U.S.-based legal team Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
