- Previous operations or banking experience is a huge plus
- 2+ years of Levies & Garnishment experience
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong listening skills and ability to ask questions for clarity
- Review legal orders and take appropriate action on customer accounts with 100% quality
- Document processes and identify gaps and efficiency gains
- Engage and actively contribute to the continuous improvement log
- Participate in special projects, including technology and automation enhancements
- Support the modernization of the case management system
