Hiring: Service Cashier/Receptionist

Pay: $19 - $21 per HR (DOE)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers visiting the service department.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
• Direct phone calls to appropriate departments
• Process customer payments (cash, credit and other digital forms of payment).
• Balance and reconcile the cash office accounts and bank deposits daily
• Support the Office Manager and General Manager with general clerical tasks.
• Attend team meetings and scheduled training sessions
• Perform other basic administrative tasks as assigned

What You'll Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in a cashier or receptionist role.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Proficient customer service skills over the phone.
• Positive and upbeat personality with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of using CDK (automotive dealership software)

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $19 - $21.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
