In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100 th anniversary in business. DH Pace Company, Inc . aspires to hire a Project Manager in our Olathe, Kansas office. You will ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities. Job Responsibilities Review project plans and specifications to determine materials needed, ordering materials, installer requirements, and working with outside vendors to coordinate schedules. Responsible for financial success of projects within budget and timeframe. Discuss and present product recommendations and solutions to customers for job specific requirements. Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Monitor submittals, track job materials, and coordinate deliveries. Other responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements Bachelors degree preferred and a minimum of 6 months of work experience with a desire to grow a career in the building materials / construction industry Candidates with high attention to detail and a drive to succeed are welcomed! Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
