Your key responsibilities include:Answering customer calls and inquiries with warmth and professionalismScheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians efficientlyProviding accurate information about our services and pricingResolving customer concerns and ensuring their satisfactionMaintaining organized records of customer interactions and appointmentsWhat We're Looking For:We're seeking someone who:Has an excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIs detail-oriented and highly organizedCan handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentIs proficient with computer systems and scheduling softwareHas a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer serviceAbility to pass background and Drug testBonus Points If You Have:Experience in customer service or a similar roleKnowledge of plumbing services (not required- we'll train you!)A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEAs a Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer. You receive incoming client calls, assist them with their plumbing needs, and dispatch service calls to field technicians.With great attention to detail, you schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service and maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You keep clients updated and informed. You enjoy interacting with our clients and technicians and love keeping busy with various tasks.
