Role Description The Route Driver role is a full-time, on-site position based in Austin, TX. This role is responsible for safely operating company trucks to deliver and restock coffee, snacks, beverages, and other break room products along assigned routes. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading products, checking inventory levels at client locations, rotating stock, and ensuring all equipment is clean and functioning properly. The Route Driver interacts regularly with clients, responds to service needs, and reports route issues or product shortages to the operations team. This position also involves completing basic paperwork or digital logs, following scheduled routes, and adhering to all safety and transportation regulations. Qualifications Effective communication skills to coordinate with dispatch, team members, and clients. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on professionalism and building positive client relationships. Ability to safely handle, load, and unload products, and maintain a clean and organized truck. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to meet company safety and compliance standards. Basic math and inventory skills to track stock levels and complete route documentation accurately. Reliability in adhering to route schedules and comfort working independently throughout the day. High school diploma or equivalent; prior route driving or delivery experience in a service or food/beverage environment is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
