What You'll be Doing As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will utilize your extensive knowledge and advanced skills to tackle complex operational and administrative challenges. Your expertise will play a crucial role in optimizing sales processes, enhancing data accuracy, and improving customer interactions. Your contributions will significantly impact the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team. Key Tasks Manage and process high-complexity orders and advanced order management. Develop highly detailed and customized customer quotes. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of sales data in the CRM system. Design and lead advanced product training programs for sales teams and partners. Plan and execute significant sales events and promotional activities. Resolve high-complexity customer inquiries and issues. Create comprehensive and insightful sales activity reports and dashboards. Collaborate with multiple departments to enhance sales processes. Oversee the management of extensive and detailed sales documentation. Provide expert-level administrative support and mentorship to junior sales associates. You're a Great Fit if You Have Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Expertise in using CRM systems for in-depth data management and analysis. Communication: Superior verbal and written communication for detailed and complex interactions. Attention to Detail: Unmatched accuracy in handling high-complexity orders and data management. Presentation Skills: Advanced proficiency in creating and delivering comprehensive training sessions. Problem Solving: High competency in addressing and resolving the most complex sales support challenges. Time Management: Proficiency in managing and prioritizing a diverse range of tasks efficiently. Microsoft Office Suite: Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for creating detailed analytics and presentations. Team Collaboration: Exceptional collaboration skills to coordinate and lead cross-departmental tasks effectively. The ability to work a hybrid schedule from any US office. Full details of our benefits are available at Compensation: $47,600.00 - $81,250.00 USD. Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
