Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position available on night shifts. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The RN will utilize specialized knowledge and clinical skills to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients across various stages of recovery and health conditions.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, or a temporary/interim RN license in the state of practice, or compact RN licensure for the current state; BLS certification is required; experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months in the specialty area of PCU or equivalent; relevant training and education to perform the job.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor‘s degree in Nursing; professional certification in relevant specialty.
• Additional Information: This position requires managing patient assessments, care planning, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare team members. The RN is responsible for providing evidence-based care, participating in unit leadership activities, and supporting patient education and discharge planning.
