Role Description The Marketing Lead is a full-time role based in the San Francisco Bay Area with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing partial work from home. This role oversees end-to-end marketing strategy, including brand positioning, campaign planning, and performance tracking for Waybox and MILES. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, defining target segments, developing go-to-market plans, coordinating with sales and product teams, and crafting messaging for digital and offline channels. The Marketing Lead manages marketing initiatives across the funnel, optimizes customer acquisition and retention programs, and ensures consistent customer experience. This role also involves monitoring metrics, preparing reports for leadership, and iterating on marketing activities based on data and customer feedback. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present complex ideas to diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy, including audience segmentation, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Background in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and lifecycle customer engagement. Proven experience leading marketing initiatives in technology or AI-driven products; automotive or mobility industry experience is a plus. Ability to operate in a hybrid work environment in the San Francisco Bay Area, managing time effectively across in-office and remote work. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and basic understanding of KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and conversion rates. Experience managing budgets, agencies, or vendor relationships, and coordinating multi-channel campaigns.
