Pain Management Physician

Position Overview At Vancouver Clinic, caring for people is our first priority and the driving force behind everything we do. We’re looking for a BC/BE Pain Management physician to join our growing pain management team at our Salmon Creek 2 location. The current practice consists of five physicians and two nurse practitioners with varied backgrounds in anesthesiology, PMR, neurology, and emergency medicine. Expansion is driven primarily by demand from our rapidly growing community. We practice primarily in a new state‑of‑the‑art pain management facility with a brand‑new, well‑appoin‑ted, and staffed procedure suite. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pain management services following consultation, including: Electrodiagnostic studies (EMG, NCV) Office‑based procedures: joint injections, peripheral nerve blocks, muscle/soft tissue injections, and Botox injections Interventional spine procedures in our ambulatory surgery center and office‑based fluoroscopy suite: epidural steroid injections, diagnostic nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord/peripheral nerve stimulation Direct and coordinate care with a large in‑house physical therapy group and collaborate with in‑house primary care, sports medicine, rheumatology, and orthopedic departments, including two spine surgeons. Qualifications BC/BE Pain Management physician status Completion of an ACGME‑accredited pain fellowship BC/BE status in pain management from the ABA or ABPM&R Compensation & Benefits Full‑time position Production model compensation New clinicians have a 1‑year guarantee at $485,000 with upside earning potential Up to $35,000 starting bonus Two‑year partnership track position with a reasonable buy‑in Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, long‑term disability, health savings account, flexible spending account, employee assistance program, multiple supplemental benefits (voluntary life, critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, identity theft protection, legal services, etc.). 401(k) retirement plan, 409A Deferred Compensation Plan for eligible shareholder physicians, and 4% employer matching contribution.
