Job Posting: Overnight Concierge

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as an Overnight Concierge at 7600 Broadway.

As an Overnight Concierge , you will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service both in person and by telephone to our guests and residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visitor lists and logs.
• Escort residents, visitors, and vendors throughout the property.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and amenity spaces.
• Deliver packages, dry cleaning, and miscellaneous items upon request.
• Follow up on maintenance work orders.

Qualifications

• One-year concierge experience in property management or a similar position.
• Class A Multifamily experience, preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional image
• Valid Driver’s License

Required Testing

• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR

Position Type

• Hourly
• Part-time

Position Location

• San Antonio, TX; Reporting: direct to Community Manager.
