Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM), OR
• Board Certified in Family Medicine with 4 years of Emergency Medicine experience and/or Emergency Medicine Fellowship
• ATLS certification (required)
• PALS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
