If you believe you have a good fit with our values and our drive to provide solutions to our customers, please apply today.Summary: Repairs electric motors, pumps, gear boxes, generators, and related electro/mechanical devices and equipment by performing the following duties:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Uses mechanical aptitude for assembling, disassembling, and repair of electro-mechanical apparatusAssemble, disassemble, and repair electro-mechanical apparatusDiagnose failure modes and recommend repairs/corrections on electro-mechanical apparatusNo-load and load-test run electro-mechanical apparatusExamine and inspect electrical connections, windings, coils, etc.Clean parts via sandblasting, solvent cleaning, steam cleaning, hand polishing, with toolings, and/or other methodsPaint parts and whole assemblies of electro-mechanical apparatusInstall bearings and precision parts with carePerform field service calls when requested to help diagnose, install, remove, modify, and/or align electro-mechanical apparatusBalance rotating apparatusInspect and measure mechanical parts for wearFollow test sheets, drawings, international standards, and other processes to ensure electro-mechanical tolerances are met or exceededDocument all measurements and conditions on computer and handwriting during entire repair processCoordinates job duties with supervisors to meet due datesVarious other duties as assignedDEM offers a competitive salary and benefits package:MedicalDentalSTDLTDLife Insurance401(k) optionsPaid vacationHolidaysDreisilker is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
