Case Manager - Social Services & Community Resources
Salvation Army
The Salvation Army in Oklahoma seeks a Case Manager to provide social services in Cleveland and McClain Counties. You will greet clients, determine eligibility, collect income/expense data, and help complete assistance applications, linking clients to community resources. You will prepare vouchers for food, clothing, and furniture, arrange housing or transportation as needed, maintain confidential records, and support monthly reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Salvation Army
